Key Responsibilities:

• Design injection molds and production tooling.
• Create and maintain technical documentation in a CAD environment.
• Participate in the entire design process, from concept development to production implementation.
• Optimize design solutions with respect to quality, functionality, and manufacturing costs.
• Analyze and solve technical issues.
• Initiate and implement improvements that increase production efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mechanical design engineering; experience in injection mold design is highly desirable.
• Ability to independently manage projects and make sound technical decisions.
• Proven ability to develop reliable design solutions with a strong focus on quality and error prevention.
• Experience in identifying root causes of technical issues and implementing effective corrective and improvement actions.
• Proficiency with modern engineering tools and technologies, including CAD systems, simulation software, and design automation tools; familiarity with AI-powered engineering tools will be considered an advantage.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes; experience in plastics processing and injection molding is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, proactive attitude, and commitment to continuous improvement.
