Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer sales orders from receipt to completion.
• Provide customer support via phone and email to both domestic and international clients.
• Contribute to shipment planning and coordinate order fulfillment activities.
• Prepare commercial and logistics documentation.
• Cooperate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Support customer service processes in selected international markets.
• Collaborate with international company subsidiaries and branches.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Spanish or French will be considered a strong advantage.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational abilities and effective prioritization skills.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to develop in an international business environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales administration will be considered an advantag
